Talent dynamics test
Last Thursday I have attended CodeCon in Žilina. There were various great presentation but one of them stick with me. Fero Volár was talking about his experience with leadership and he mentioned how you can use Talent Dynamics test to build great teams.
He also mentioned how you can complete the questionnaire by asking ChatGTP without actually buying the questionnaire. Of course, I have tested this and it was really interesting.
Below you can find the transcript from my communication with ChatGPT - it's fun read.
I don't expect anyone to read the full transcript but at least you can see how I make ChatGTP to ask me the questions from paid questionnaire.
This conversation was generated with Duck.ai (https://duck.ai) using OpenAI's GPT-4o mini Model. AI chats may display inaccurate or offensive information (see https://duckduckgo.com/duckai/privacy-terms for more info).

The goal is to make as much difference (not progress) without burning out. Some people helps to start with the easiest task so they can move something and gain momentum and then other tasks are easy. Someone needs get the hardest problem out of way first so then after that they can go through lot of simpler tasks quicker. I think whatever works for the person is the best but they need to know themselves in order to be most efficient. I like to focus on single task at the time and finish it and move to another task. Multitasking has been proven not to work and is being proven daily by people that still tries it. I am not 100% disciplined and I find myself to pretend to multitask at times but I try to realize that and them change it. Multiple deadlines is bad situation and we should find out how we ended up there - management problems, our own time management problems or sometimes just shit happens. Either way we should analyze it afterwards, try to learn from our findings and then try to fix the proceses sk we won’t end up in the same situation in the future - or at least no because of the same errors.

I try to avoid conflicts at any costs but I am aware of the fact that other people which are stronger might take advantage of me so when I face the conflict I try to not take it personally, without emotions and as pragmatic as possible. I understand that taming emotions is not the best solution but it helps me to sustain the conflicts. I think that again it might be tied to some experience from childhood where I didn’t like when my parents fought about small things and I would like to work on this (I tend to postponing work on my problems from childhood for later - ideally indefinitely). Whilst within conflict I tend to make a competition out of it trying to argue as hard as possible just for the sake of being right. - Overview: Although you showed some traits of a Mechanic, your primary focus on collaboration and relationships indicates you may not fit this profile as strongly.
Summary
Your emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and strategic adaptability suggests that you align more closely with Creator and Supporter profiles, rather than those focused on external recognition or strict procedural adherence like the Star, Trader, Deal-Maker, or Lord profiles.

Conclusion
I find the idea of making LLM to disclose information which are paid very intriguing especially as I've been able to save around $100.
On the other hand I find the LLM's answers very polite and almost too positive. Everytime I answer the question the ChatGTP replied with such an optimism that I thought that I must be some kind of genius. This optimism might skew someones expectations when they go outside and talk to real people I think.
Also as with every interaction with LLM I was still missing the human factor. LLM does not question you. They don't care if you are bullshitting or not - they only can see the context which you write down. They cannot see how you feel or how you look like when you "say" something which means that they cannot evaluate all the things which person would.
This was fun experiment however I wouldn't recommend anyone to take it too seriously 🙃
